So how did Paul get comfortable having a world-famous
father? And why did he leave a successful career in advertising?
"Right away, I knew I didn't want to be in show business, but independent
from dad. So, after soul-searching and a career in Manhattan ad agencies,
as an art director, I decided to change course, to sell smiles rather than soap.
My caricature clients grew from small parties to corporate jobs with IBM,
Pfizer and Macy's. And today, at events, I'm often sharing my memories of
growing up with the Stooges, while drawing my subject's humorous likeness."
Paul combines his dad's "humor" genes with his own artistic skills.
Hiring him will leave customers with a charming memento and a big smile.
He works at events in New York City, on Long Island, Westchester, lower
Connecticut, eastern New Jersey and in the Mid-Hudson Valley, in upstate
New York. His "Caricatures from Photos" are available worldwide, via e-mail.
